She is currently Senior Creature Modeller at Framestore, Montreal. She is a character artist with nearly 14 years experience in both film and games industries. Back in 2004, after two years of doctoral studies in English Literature and one viewing of Pixar’s Finding Nemo, Magdalena decided to leave the academia and pursue a career in 3D animation and visual effects. She entered a one-year intensive course at Vancouver Film School and never looked back. Over the years she’s had the opportunity to work for companies like Ubisoft, Industrial Light and Magic and Guerilla Games, among others on titles like Assassin’s Creed, Warcraft: The Beginning, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider to mention just a few.
